Janet joined our team in June 2022. She graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in human service management. Janet loves the fact that she can trust both Dr. Thai and Dr. Nam as they have the most genuine interest for patients' well-being.
Janet understands that patients can feel overwhelmed with verifying their own insurance benefits and may not know where to start. She has over 10 years of dental experience, and she can gather insurance information for all patients, explain to them their benefits, and provide them with an insurance estimate for their needed procedure. She is happy to help contribute to a stress-free experience for our patients.
Janet is a mother to an amazing five-year-old boy. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with him. She loves to seek out activities to create core memories with her little one. Currently, their favorite place to frequent is the Pacific Science Center.
Amanda
Dental Assistant
Amanda
Amanda graduated from a dental assistant program on the east coast and received her training in 2019. Her favorite thing is getting to know patients and helping them feel more comfortable when they are in for a visit. She also enjoys the challenges of the "art projects" she gets to do as an assistant, as there are many opportunities for her to be creative with her role as an assistant.
In her free time, she enjoys arts and crafts, sewing, hiking and spending time with her husband outdoors. She recently moved to West Seattle from the East side.
Naya

Naya received her dental assistant training with the United Education Institute and completed her program in August of 2022. She actually had the opportunity to participate in a dental assisting program in high school that initially sparked her interest in the field. She started with us in October of 2022. She enjoys communicating well with our patients and especially those that speak Spanish, which she is fluent in. She really enjoys seeing our new patients and getting to know them.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, her daughter and her dog. They like to hang out at the park and she and her daughter like having their nails done together at the nail salon.
Grace

Grace
Grace joined us recently, first as an extern and now, officially, as a team member. She graduated in May from the PIMA Dental Assisting Program. Grace comes to us with a background in customer service, as well. She appreciates seeing our patients smile with confidence, after their visits with us, and she is on a mission to make sure each and every patient has a pleasant and happy visit with us.
She also enjoys taking care of animals, creating art, doing anything related to the outdoors and, of course, spending time with her loved ones.

Monica attended Lake Washington Institute of Technology & Eastern WA University, where she obtained her bachelor’s in dental hygiene in 2012. She joined our practice in 2019 where her responsibilities include connecting with patients and providing education. She loves how everyone is so kind and supportive, and willing to help.
Monica is married to a wonderful partner and they have two rambunctious children. She loves being active, whether it is in the gym or playing sports – usually tennis.

Haley attended Milwaukee Area Technical College where she achieved her degree in dental hygiene in 2022. She became a part of our team in April 2025 and brings a happy, team-focused attitude that helps create a smooth, welcoming environment. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their oral health journey. She genuinely cares about every smile that walks through our doors and loves sharing simple, practical tips for keeping teeth and gums in top shape. Her goal is to make every visit a great experience. Each day is run efficiently so that patients feel confident that they are receiving top-quality dental care.
Haley loves being foodies together with her team and working together to bring the best patient experience and care. When she is not brightening smiles, she is embracing the great outdoors and enjoying a sunny day and staying up to date on the latest in dental hygiene so that she can bring the best care to her patients.
